Troubleshoot your Chromebook Device
If your Chromebook keeps crashing ,freezing-up on a regular basis, or some keys do not respond, then there could be something wrong with the software. The quickest way to usually sort this out is to turn the device off and back on again. If this doesn’t clear the problem, you can simply follow the following steps to do either a soft reset or a hard reset.

To HARD RESET your ChromeBook, you need to follow all the steps below. Please make sure you finish resetting your device by adding the WIFI as indicated in the attached PDF (page 4).
